"They had my package since yesterday and then decided to have the worst partner in the USPS business at Spokane Hillyard to deliver it for them, when they could of easily dropped it off at my place since it is before USPS....I was to get it today... I will get the runaround with USPS of why they couldn't deliver it and then I'll have to inconveniently go get it regardless of the postage I paid. UPS customer service AI is terrible and refuses to let me talk to an actual live person to get this resolved... I'll probably won't receive package til next week since UPS decided to pass the Buck and not do what they're paid to do... UPS is Shady Business when they're not doing what they're paid to do....That was a terrible move on UPS! Shame on you guys!!"

"Huge shout-out to Anna for helping me with my Amazon return and mailing out Christmas gifts to family this morning! My packages were rejected at the Dishman USPS for reusing mailing boxes and having sticker residue from torn off labels still on them (see photo). Thankfully my next errand was at UPS and they truly turned my whole morning around. I paid a little bit extra at UPS, but they gladly accepted my packages and all will arrive on the east coast next week. I'm so happy I got to work with Anna!"

"This is my go to when I need to ship anything or return Amazon purchases. Even when there is a line, they jam through it very very quickly! Staff is ultra friendly. Parking lot can be crowded when they’re busy but it’s never an issue for me to walk a little. Service is top-notch."
