Reviews
"They therapists are top notch. I had an incredible recovery from a full knee replacement thanks to Rebecca,Paul, and Beryl. Wonderful group of folks to work with. Many thanks to them."
"Came out worse then went in. Never go there again. Wrong therapist for the wrong treatment. Och,really hurt me. On edge of lawsuit."
"Started off well I thought. They were a referral from CHAS to do internal pelvic work. I went through the whole intake explaining what my expectations were. At no point was there confusion about what I was needing. It wasn't until I was assigned a physical therapist that the therapist called me a couple days before my scheduled appointment, confused, to tell me they don't do this kind of work and suggested I look to a specialized location to find treatment. They still ended up charging me for the intake, even though they were never up front about the work they did there. When I asked about the charges, they said I could use that intake at another location. Well, of course I couldn't because the intake wasn't complete, and the other locations weren't sure why they had proceeded with me in the first place. It's especially frustrating because a few times I have tried to get this worked out, there's no apology, they don't call me back, they certainly didn't recover the cost, and there's no explanation to what they were thinking to begin with."
"The reception is friendly, warm and kind. The treatment is closely attuned to your needs and current abilities and clearly aimed toward improving mobility and always meeting you where you are right now."
"Staff is friendly and they do great work!"
