"This was a great company, until it wasn't. I HAD CBRS, Case Management and Therapy through them. Emphasis on HAD. I should have jumped ship at the start of the pandemic, when my friends mental health workers stepped up to help them and I was informed by my worker that she was switching to Telehealth and that my services would now consist of a one hour phone call once a week so she could still get paid while she finished her clinic hours. No help finding services to replace what was lost was offered. A year of listening to her talk about her cats and her annoying room-mate later- I was informed that she had gotten her license and was now only doing therapy, still Telehealth only and so I that was all I got. Again, no assistance in replacing her or finding help elsewhere. I called the office and asked that since the CBRS/Case Manager they had assigned me basically was charging me for a weekly chit chat and that I desperately needed a new CBRS/Case Manger, preferably one who was actually interested in HELPING ME... I was informed that apparently they don't have any other employees, because EVEN THOUGH I HAVE BEEN THEIR CLIENT FOR YEARS AND I AM SUPPOSE TO BE GETTING SERVICES THROUGH THEM, they do not have a single case manager or cbrs worker available. I found a new company, WILLING TO HELP ME. Due to the fact that someone who apparently is their ONLY employee refuses to do anything but work from her couch, they insisted on MALING ME a release of information so this new company could transfer my ADA and I could FINALLY get the help I needed. It took 6 weeks of constant NAGGING to get them to mail it, then when I signed it and mailed it back, they magically lost it and didn't bother to send my records, even though they claimed they did. So, not only will they not help me.... They are making sure no one else can either. This has been a nightmare. This company is obviously a sinking ship with no ethics or morals, just waiting for a chance to abandon their clients. When I needed them the most, they made it painfully clear... I was on my own."
