"We had an initial discovery appointment with Joanna in October 2023. She referred us to center for change for evaluation. They said to see her first. We schedule a month out, and now it's 1 week before we were supposed to see her, and she's JUST TOLD US SHE WON'T SEE MY KID. There's no awareness here of how long things take, and obviously no communication between the front desk and the counselors, because we sat on their schedule for 4 week, and now my kids doesn't have a counselor. We waited nearly 8 weeks for this woman. Do not schedule here, it's a waste of your time AND your mental health."
