"Did a good job mowing the lawn, but unfortunately the communication aspect is horrible. Hired them to mow my lawn last year and the service was great. Apparently they have decided that residential service is not something they want to offer anymore. Instead of sending emails or making phone calls to let me know, they have simply ignored my emails and phone calls. My lawn is now 3 ft high and I have had to scramble to hire a new service. Don't bother calling them unless you're a large commercial account with a lot of money to spend."

"One bush died within 2 weeks. Several other plants didnt survive the fall. Should have recommended putting in separate meter for underground sprinklers. All "trenched" areas filled with weeds after refilled with additional soil. Would not use again. Update: Randy called in regards to negative review. But, once again, did not follow through with visit. I waited 3 weeks. VERY poor communication. Will pull out and replace all dead plants myself. My additional costs $1500. Review stands as is."

"We have used Heritage Landscape for sprinkler system maintenance for the past 5 years. They are always prompt with their service, on time and complete the task requested the 1st time. "Retained Herritage Landscape for 1.5 years for mowing and lawn maintenance, and unfortunately would not recommend to family and friends. Owner over-promised and under-delivered in terms of lawn appearance and irrigation system settings and did not return e-mails or phone calls. Owner stated that our yard would be top priority for him this season after bad results from previous season, but did not remain in communication or establish irrigation set-up as promised. After several attempts of following up with the owner I have decided to switch companies. Unfortunately, Herritage did not live up to standards and did not treat us as a valued client. Communication from Herritage only increased after services were terminated and only in regard to bill payment without apology for lack of customer service."
