"I am a local counselor who has referred to this clinic. The front office staff is attentive, helpful, and professional. This clinic has some wonderful therapists trained in a variety of techniques and the clinic accepts a wide range of insurances including Medicaid. All clients I have referred to this clinic have nothing but good things to say about Monarch."
"My daughter and I recently completed the PCIT program at Monarch Behavioral Health. I was taught a new way to approach and develop my relationship with my daughter. This has helped us better communicate and respect boundaries in our household. I am so appreciative of the level of care received by MBH."
"The front staff and the therapists are top notch. I found the whole team to be caring and mindful about caring for my daughter. I would recommend Monarch to any family that needs these kind of services."
"Our daughter is 16 so she falls in the "parents don't need involved" category according to HIPPA. We had a major safety concern with her concerning her brothers and the counselor didn't take it serious, discounted the concerns of us as parents, never addressed the issue with his patient, and treated me as though I was the danger. They don't verify who they are speaking to over the phone before they give out information or add people to minors files. We asked to speak to someone a week ago to voice our concerns and they blew us off and we never heard back. If I could zero star this place I would."
"I'm not too happy with the buddy system here.. doesn't help establish accountability in actions or assist in self-awareness. Having a one-sided conversation without asking for family involvement or safety plans for the family is really scary... to discuss concerns openly will fall on deaf ears by a system that has their hands tied with hippa law seems way too lucrative to me without providing sound solutions. Be careful asking for information... they do not verify."
