"This is a horrible office (845 Fairview). It has depressive, dim lighting and is horribly small. I sat there waiting for my appointment as a new patient. The receptionist did not even greet me when I came in and then offered me the paperwork I had already completed. As I am waiting, a pretentious lady, dressing like a 20 year old, walks by me in such small office and does not even say "excuse me" or "hello". I later realized she was the therapist, who was running late. After a few minutes of conversation regarding the lack of courtesy and basic service at her office, she stated she will not be able to meet my expectations and I should see somebody else instead. If you cannot voice basic concerns regarding the lack of courtesy at this office, how is this lady suppose to help anyone handle more serious issues."
