"Dr. Starr did my ssdi examination and was so abrupt and rude i had an anxiety attack leaving his office afterwards. If you want biased medical treatment with piss poor character then dr. Starr is your guy, but if you want a great and healthy relationship with a provider look elsewhere. Oscar the grouch could do better than him."
