"Definitely would not recommend. Started with them almost a year ago, counseling and med management. Both mine and my wife's counselors quit without notice or reason. Basically impossible to get medication filled on time, and even harder to get help from the remaining staff. Phone goes straight to voicemail saying to leave a message and they will call back, voicemail only gives about 10 to 15 seconds for said message, and the receptionist never actually calls back. If you are lucky enough to get through with an issue, you are stuck in a loop of "we messaged the doctor, its up to him now" and "we've done all we are able to". I have gone through severe withdrawals at least 3 separate times due to their avoidance of responsibility. Yes, the times that the withdrawals happened we may have been rude and inappropriate in our reactions, but given the circumstances I would say it is justified. If you want better therapy I would suggest grabbing some food at a McDonalds and making small talk with the staff, they have less turnover and will actually take responsibility when a mistake is made."

"Worst place ever. Will not fill prescriptions, will not answer their phones, constantly having counselors quit. They gaslight their patients when the receptionist, Jordan, doesn't answer the phone or give a call back. They also advise to get a primary physician to have your prescriptions filled on time, instead of them sending over the prescription they write on time. This is with a phone call reminding the office that a prescription needs filled a week in advance."

"I love going there, all the employees make you feel welcome every time I go. I love my counselor and my med appointments go great. They don’t over medicate me. Everytime I come in they know my name and it makes me feel good. They know I don’t drive and have to depend on rides. They will allow me to wait there till they show up or it’s time to catch my bus. I wouldn’t go anywhere else everyone there has helped me in one way or another."

"I first started coming here over 10+ years ago. When I first started it was wonderful. The people were so very awesome. I had my meds, and counselor(s). 1: I kept getting people who would quit for better money. Fast forward to now: It is pretty horrid tbf. Although the staff seem nice, most of them...aren't. Michelle Ritch and Kim Hutchison are the ONLY people (thus far) that have made any differences in the positive way(s). Talk about above and beyond. I ADORE those two ladies. "
