"She does not take notes so she will not remember what you have told her from past counseling appts. She validates your feelings until you bring the person who is hurting you with you to try to fix the issues. Instead she validates the person you bring and wouldn’t let me talk at all. I’m extremely hurt by this counselor and I will be looking for another that is better suited and more sensitive and caring to their clients needs unfortunately she missed the mark for me and it’s extremely unfortunate for me. She does not know anything about codependency or issues with that. I would avoid if you are dealing with family issues on that nature. As long as you go by yourself you will feel amazing as soon as you bring someone else you do not matter to this counseling she will believe whatever the other person you bring is saying even if that person has gaslit you for years and then she will turn everything around on you as If your the problem after she had validated you previous counseling appts before. She did not help me at all if anything she made the situation worse. She will switch up on you just like the Seasons. I would avoid if you don’t want to be more hurt as If the person hurting you isn’t enough. Proceed with caution."
