"Delivering to this complex is the worst. Most of the building numbers are behind trees, and they are too high to read at night if they are unobstructed. Maybe move your building numbers so people can actually read them. Speaking of night time, maintenance is severely lacking on their upkeep of the security lighting. Parking lot lights as well as non resident building lights go unreplaced for too long. With this complex taking in over $400,000 in rent every month people driving/walking around in the dark should never be an issue."

"Reviewing from my boyfriend’s account because I do not have Gmail. Had a good experience staying here. Maintenance was always quick to fix things. The only thing I would recommend to do is not clean when you leave. We spent hours cleaning the apartment to still be charged a cleaning fee and get very little back from the deposit."

"More street lights throughout the whole apartment duplex so for the those who can’t see the numbers at night can see the numbers better when there’s more light"

"Nice Golf Facility. A safe place for the entire family. Clean and professionally staffed. There's a Driving Range, cart rental and a pretty course to play. I have friends who belong and play regularly. Everyone I know has a positive opinion regarding Greens At Derby."

"It's Hands Down the BEST Apartment Complex in Derby,Kansas(and the BEST Apartment Complex that I've ever Lived in). The Management/Leasing Team and The Maintenance Team do a EXCELLENT Job maintaining the Complex. I'm a Air Force Brat and it reminds me very much of "Base Housing" that I lived in Dover,Delaware (at Dover Air Force Base)and McConnell Air Force Base(in Wichita).
