"The apartments themselves are beautiful and the location is great. You can walk to restaurants in the area and the farmers market on Saturdays. BUT the noise level in the apartment building is really bad. You can hear EVERYTHING, if your neighbor sneezes, you will hear it. I can hear people talking as if they are in my apartment having a conversation so there is not really any privacy. Earplugs help, but not much. The person above me sounds like they are stomping around but they aren't it's just how much the sound is amplified in these apartments. If you value sleep I would not recommend, thankful I only signed a 6 month lease. Also the water pressure is not great in the shower/bath. If you want to take a bath it's going to take awhile for the tub to fill up. And when I toured they said that there was wifi available in the fitness room, but after moving in I found out the wifi down there does not work. And good luck finding parking on Friday and Saturday nights."

"Great location, well maintained lofts. Well secured with cameras all over the place both inside and outside. Only downfall - thin walls. I can hear my neighbors tv, conversation or just them walking around. Can also hear music coming from the clubs nearby which I consider a positive really. Overall, a great place to call home with greater view. Zippy"

"So far I've loved living here, almost no issues. I love my apartment and the location, but after a few months I'm starting to realize that the noise is going to be a real issue. For the price of the apartments it's insane that I can hear my neighbors phone call word for word. Currently awake 3 hours earlier than planned looking up building requirements for apartments."
