"I felt like I was home immediately! Beautiful well kept property. Apartments are very spacious. Office staff and maintenance are professional, welcoming, and responsive. Conveniently located to everything and traffic isn't bad at all. I would suggest if you're looking for a place to call home to consider Remington Apartments! I just wanted to add that I have now been at Remington for some time now and am every bit as happy here as I was when I first moved in! It's a wonderful place to call home!"
"This is the best apartment complex I have lived in. I wrote a review when I moved in, because that process was amazing, but as I am getting ready to move out, I figured I should review my experience here as a whole. I lived here of about a year and a half, and it was the best apartment living experience I could have asked for. The maintenance team was incredible, always getting to request fairly quickly, and always locking up when they leave. Never entered without permission. The front office staff is SO kind. They really care about their residents and it is very apparent. Dana seemed to be there the most when I needed something and she was always happy and kind every time I went it. They host fun events for their residents all the time. It is a really safe location, I have never had any issues. Overall I have loved my time here so much, and I am so sad that it has to come to an end, to no fault of The Remington. I would recommend this place to anyone, no questions asked. Thanks for everything Remington! :)"
"We've lived here for close to a year and have had little to no problems. We have had the typical apartment problems occur (emergency maintenance, office questions, etc.), but what makes this complex a great place to live is that when those problems happen they go above and beyond to solve them. Matthew on the maintenance team and Dana and Nini in the office have helped solve any issues that have occurred during our stay here. I don't get the usual dread that you would feel calling a leasing office for issues because I know that they actually care. The property manager also is very attentive to the residents and the property, and has helped us several times. The units themselves are clean and spacious, and it's evident that the owners are willing to invest money into the property to maintain it, as we are currently getting new siding and paint on all of our buildings. If you're on the fence about leasing here, I would recommend doing it."
"This is literally the best place I’ve ever lived! My boyfriend and I moved in at the end of July and let me say the moving process was so easy with Remington! There was a super sweet gift basket on the counter and bottled water in the fridge. The place was SPOTLESS clean, and I could tell they really put effort into making it a new home for us. We’ve had a few maintenance requests but they’ve never taken more than 48 hours to be responded to and fixed. I love the maintenance team and how kind and professional they are. The property is always well maintained and this place just really feels like home! I never wanna live anywhere else!"
"On July 1st, While I was in the shower, I noticed Matt, the Maintenance Man, recording me with his red cell phone. I immediately notified the property manager, Sarah. She replied that he had worked at the property for nine years and would never do anything like that. I have lived in this apartment complex for about four years with no major complaints. There is no basis for me to make anything like this up. Later that day, Sarah did reach out to inform me that she talked to Matt about that incident. She stated that Matt knows I work third shift and that I keep my apartment dark which is why he had his phone out and was using it for light to get to my breaker box. I tried to explain to Sarah that his rationale made no sense but she was firm in her belief that Matt wouldn’t do anything like this and at that point I knew there wasn’t much I could say to convince her otherwise. Matt’s excuse didn't make sense for a number of reasons: Matt was there to repair my thermostat, which is located at the front door. Every summer my air conditioner requires repairs and not once has anyone ever needed to access my breaker box located in my bedroom. Matt also passed my kitchen and dining room light switch to get my bathroom door which was partially open and well lit. I do have darkening curtains but my apartment is never dark enough for the need to use any type of light during daytime. (See photos) Now let me make this very clear, this wasn't a situation where I was showering with the door open, and saw him walk by. The view of the hallway is completely obstructed. You can only see what is literally in the doorway. (see photos) I do not know Matt personally. In fact, I didn't know his name prior to this incident so it makes no sense that I would know he has a red iPhone. Further, within providing false information to Sarah he was still admitting to being in my apartment while I was in the shower to which there was no reprimand for. Sarah was completely dismissive of my complaints and showed very little concern. The following morning, I made a police report. There was no follow up from any representative of Case and Associates after the incident. I later contacted the corporate office and someone finally reached out to me. Her name was Tracy. She informed that she was made aware of the situation and established a plan for Matt. (YES, they made a safety plan for HIM- not their resident) I was really baffled at the length they went to protect him, the predator, yet never made an attempt to accommodate my needs nor were they concerned for my safety. When I spoke to Tracy on the phone, she stated that the case was closed because Matt was cooperative with police and they didn't find any photos on his red iPhone. This is incorrect. There was no one assigned to the case. This was a “suspicious person” report because I didn’t have evidence to pursue charges. These types of reports are written to build a paper trail. Secondly, Matt had 24 + hours to delete all evidence, I did not file the police report until the following day because I was so shook-up from the event. Matt’s lie had also grown, per Tracy, he didn’t hear the shower because there was a fan on. There was NO fan on. In fact, I don’t have a fan in the living room or dining room. Tracy was willing to let me break my lease without charge. I moved out as soon as possible. Imagine how many ppl he’s violated and gotten away with it... As if 2020 wasn't already a horrible year, I now can't shower without seeing a red phone in my doorway. I'm in a constant state of high alert and my anxiety has grown exponentially. I should have written this sooner; however, I feel nauseous every time I think about the incident. Sexual harassment that goes unchecked always turns into sexual assault. A cheap apartment isn't worth your dignity, safety or sanity. If you have to choose between homelessness and the Remington Apartments- choose homelessness. And no, I won’t be deleting this so don’t bother reaching out to me. You all may not care about your resident’s safety but I surely do."
