"I've been living here for 9 years now and it has it's ups and downs, but all in all it's a good place to live. Very convenient fast food places all over, gas station at the intersection of Pawnee and Seneca, bus transit routes inbound and outbound at the corner intersection. They recently updated the laundry room with all new washers and dryers very convenient for all of the tenants especially those who don't have a car. The staff is friendly and helpful when you need help just ask them and they'll get back to you if not ask them again."

"Absolutely amazing staff. In attempting to place a loved one in their own place, it can be challenging when a limited income is involved. They were extremely helpful in making sure our loved one had a great studio apartment, that allows for there independence."

"Really nice place to live for the money. The property is older but they do work diligently to keep it maintained and clean. The maintenance guys are out every morning picking up trash and the managers walk the property throughout the day and know everyone that lives there. My only complaint was that for a property without central heating/air (wall units) - I could always smell my neighbors smoking or cooking and sometimes it was very overwhelming, not much to do to correct that though. I lived here for a year and a half, only planned to stay for 6 mo but it was a great place to be for the time."
