"This apartment complex was recommended to me. Since my year being here the water has been off three times. Two times the water was off for 4 days! This third round its now day 3! The issue was said that this is 'water maintenance'. Also you will heat and cool the outside and inside of your apartment. The windows and doors have major major leaks. The prices are cheap for a place though."

"Horrible you cannot get in touch with the landlord in order to get anything fixed but they will bug you when the rent is due. The water was off for two days once due to landlord fixing water problem. Currently the water has been off for a day. These apartment have went down since Petra took over. They used to be nice but now they are horrible."

"I have been living here for over 5 years. At the beginning it was great the office was attentive, maintenance was always available. But about 2 or 3 years ago they got bought out by a larger company SNC GROUP. They are horrible I can’t get anyone to return my calls, Maintenance is slow at responding, and they are now adding additional fees every month for trash and water. The rent seems cheap but when they factor in additional charges for trash and water you’re almost paying $70 more than rent plus if you need pest control or plumbing done they will call someone but you are paying out of pocket. If I wanted to be treated like a homeowner I would have already purchased a home!"
