"I give it two stars as the therapists there are great and the front desk was wonderful. However the billing office is terrible! I was told I could pay cash for my visits as my deducible had not been meet so it was less expensive for me. However my insurance was billed and the claims paid out and I was left with a huge copay. They refused to go back and redo what they did because they were making more money by billing my insurance and taking my copay then me paying cash for each appointment, which is what I had requested. Absolutely disguised I feel lied to about what was agreed upon and like that the place was trying to make as big a profit as they could with no regard to the patient. The billing office refused to work with me to rectify the situation when asked."

"Lake City PT has changed my life! I was diagnosed with pelvic floor dysfunction last year. Basically, in my case, that means my entire pelvic system (muscles, organs, etc.) is way too tight. The difference between when I first started and now is night and day. I have a major reduction in pain and discomfort, and can actually relax more, enjoy more, and even go to the bathroom more easily. All the staff are courteous, warm and kind. I am so refreshed and reset with every visit and my progress is wonderful. This physical therapy clinic is definitely reccommended."

"I've been to physical therapy many times. After being in treatment At Lake City PT for a month and a half, I only saw an actual physical therapist once for the initial evaluation. I saw an assistant the rest of the time, and my symptoms were not improving. I actually started having more pain in other areas, and had communicated this to staff, but my treatment remained the same. After terminating PT, and stopping my exercises, the additional discomfort I had reduced, and I was left with my original symptoms. I know physical therapy works, so I am transitioning to another office. If you choose to get treatment here, advocate to have more oversight of your treatment."
