Reviews
"I had not seen a new therapist in years. the OHS therapist listened, provided good feedback and was helpful in guiding me to make a few improvements in my treatment. Presciptions were sent to my pharmacy within hours, and all from my desk at home."
"UPDATE: Based on my previous review and other comments that were received, many internal changes were made to ensure accuracy, protect patient rights and better serve the community. I'm pleased they took immediate action to fix these issues."
"Why am I writing this review? Because this office staff is horrible, the ARNP put words in my mouth in her report and I am disgusted. As a mom of 4 and having been around a long time, I know my rights as a patient, what is supposed to happen in these appointments and know how to advocated for myselfHopefully, you will choose someone different. I was referred for med management, due to Long COVID exasperating my anxiety and ADHD last fall. I got the runaround about the paperwork. I think I filled out the paperwork twice online before my intake. I am seeing a nurse practitioner and have NEVER see the actual doctor everyone seems to like in the other reviews. They make appointments for their patients WITHOUT contacting them first, a clear violation of courtesy or healthcare professionalism and and second, a violations of patient rights. I had to call and reschedule an appointment they made without consulting me due to time conflicts. I chewed the gentleman out after he made excuse after excuse. He eventually rescheduled my appointment for 0930 PT on 3/7/23. I then immediately, while on the phone with him, made a note in my calendar. They messed up and scheduled my appointment for 9:30 ET (6:30 PT) instead of 9:30 PT. I saw the wrong time and left a message on 3/6 regarding this screw-up. When I called this morning, they tried to insinuate it was my fault and I could still be charged for the appointment. This was CLEARLY an error on their part and I shouldn't have to pay for it. Within the packet was an entire list of history questions, which I answered in full detail. My PCP received the notes from the initial and last two visits. There were multiple errors in the statements she says I made, she had made assumptions about certain medications I never indicated, and somehow I had a full "physical" exam listed yet this was a telehealth appointment. Very unprofessional and I am greatly disappointed. I just wanted help in alleviating my ADHD and anxiety that had been exasperated due to Long COVID. Nothing heavy duty and they still couldn't get it right."
"You’re never able to get in touch with an actual human employee who works in the office of this practice. Their customer service and billing is done through a third party who will randomly text you from unknown numbers. I’ve dealt with extremely shady and confusing billing practices. And the provider I saw didn’t seem genuinely interested in my care at all. If you’re looking to be just another check to your doctor and to be constantly given the runaround by admin staff then this is the place for you!"
"After being a client for several months I get a phone call from irritated front desk staff stating my insurance is inactive and that I must pay the $150+ dollars before I can be seen for my appointment later that day. I ask since because they’re refusing to see me am I going to be charged a fee for the appointment and she was unable to give me an answer. I called my insurance and they said the issue was on oasis’ end because my insurance is active. I received a text from a random number several weeks later at 8pm saying that my insurance was now active and they can get me scheduled. I have made several inquiries regarding getting an appointment with no response. I am now out of refills and cannot get an appointment. If you want an agency that is invested in your care and health Id recommend going elsewhere."
