Reviews
"After breaking my ankle last year, I was flat on my fanny for too many days to maintain my (ha-ha) fitness at 71 years old. An old knee ski injury kicked up, further complicating the back problem. One xray later when I noticed a lower vertebrae was no longer marching in tune with the others (and perhaps never had---no wonder I hate the Sun Salutation :) referred me to Tom Seastone at Performance PT. Knowledgeable, kind, and very, very informative as to the source of my back pain. Tom provided me with some take home exercises to go along with the in office treatments. The results are amazing and his excellent care of my back will help me avoid back surgery in the future. Great practice, great support. Thank you :)"
