"Greg is so professional and is an amazing masseur. He brings alot of experience to the table literally! He genuinely cares and listens to his client's needs and concerns. He provides a very comfortable atmosphere which is very important when getting a massage. Go see him!!!"
"First of all I was extremely comfortable from the start. Greg is experienced and kind. That was close to one the best massages I have ever had! 11 years ago while breastfeeding I had gotten an infected milk duct. I didn’t know that all these years later it was affecting my back, ribs, neck and sometimes extreme breast sensitivity. I forgot I had even had the infected duct! I was getting breast/full body massage to see if it would help my neck and shoulders. Greg not only identified and asked if I had an old infected duct there ( because I never thought to mention it or even remembered it) he made me feel at ease and educated me along the way about everything he was doing! I was very pleasantly impressed because honestly I started not thinking I would want to incorporate my breasts. He is compassionate, kind and knowledgeable. Thank you Greg!"
"As his former instructor in breast and chest work, I am amazed at the natural touch and gift Greg has for bodywork. His touch is heavy and soft, kind and professional. Greg recently traveled to Washington to work with me further on breast and chest massage. I had been under a lot of stress that week, and the work he did around my ribs and sternum really allowed me to release the stress and anxiety I was holding and breath deeply for the first time in several weeks. His touch is safe, neutral and healing at all times, and I am so happy he has opened himself to being able to help others--when needed--in areas like the breast and chest that can sometimes hold tension, anxiety, and potential trauma."
"I’ve received years of bodywork after discovering my way back to my body through massage. Greg’s style sets his practice apart, and I could sense safety, care, and intentionality from the first touch. I’m lucky to feel comfortable with any gender of massage therapist, as long as they are conscientious and have a kind, curious, positive energy—and Greg radiates all of the above. As a person with CPTSD who’s also a runner and rock climber, I get massage to unwind and finally sync up my mind and body. The best massages also unlock those patterns of holding and soothe my incredibly knotted muscles and fascia. Greg’s approach to myofascial stretching and deep tissue work felt unique and extremely effective. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve walked away from the table disappointed—Greg’s work will not disappoint. Muscles are like children. If you just tell them to “let go! Stop being tight!” by going too fast and with too much pressure, they’ll rebel and at best remain painful, at worst seize up more. But Greg’s deliberate work gently coaxes your body into intense relaxation. If you’re on the fence, need sports massage, or feel like you’re just out of touch with your body, or if you’ve never experienced massage before, I 100% recommend you give Mountain Lake Therapy a try."
"Greg is an amazing massage therapist with a gentle and kind soul! He was able to release years of tension in my body within one single full body session! I have never felt so relaxed and loose all throughout my body, it is truly an incredible feeling. I have intense knots throughout my body that require deep tissue techniques to break them up. Greg was able to apply enough pressure to my knots to loosen them up without making me feel like I’m getting split in half which is a feat in itself! I also chose to include a breast massage in our session as I struggle with tight pectoral muscles that put a strain on my shoulders and neck due to having thoracic outlet syndrome. I was a bit nervous at first as most would be due to the vulnerability of having your chest massaged, however, Greg did an excellent job at making sure I felt comfortable and safe throughout the experience. Although chest/breast massage is not a common massage modality due to the nature of it and the way that it is perceived by society, I felt completely safe in Greg’s professional and trained hands and I was able to really benefit from it! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has tight chest muscles or those who have breast related problems. Greg has a very informative section on his sight dedicated to breast/chest massage where you can find all of its different benefits and see if it would be something that could help you! Overall, I was very pleased with my massage from Greg and would recommend him as a massage therapist to anyone who is in need of a good massage from an experienced and professional massage therapist!"
