"Management has changed because the lady who is in the office now is very nice and not rude. I clean these apartments so I know first hand they aren't bad. It's the people who lived in there before who are the nasty ones leaving cockroaches but this place does everything to get rid of them. Sure they may take a while to fix things but they have a lot of other people not just you who need things be enjoy the peaceful living and there isn't a lot of traffic or police around and it's a safe neighborhood with a church right by it and it's close to the schools. Clean and the price is reasonable. Around here you can't expect perfect but they have a pool."

"Do NOT call this dump "home". The manager is flat out rude. My fiance went to look at a 2 bed 1 1/2 bath apartment and right after walking into the office, she told him that he looks twelve, and stated that she didn't get a good "vibe" from him. He politely answered her unprofessional questions about his age and his employment. While walking to the complex, she refused to give him a price estimate on the apartment saying, "No, you make a ton of money." He thanked her for her time and couldn't even finish the tour."
