"After dealing with pain for quite some time, I was recommended Dr. Armstrong. I felt like he listened to my concerns and was very knowledgeable and kind. I felt like he actually cared and wanted to help me. He addressed any questions that I had and was very thorough on explaining my care plan with me. The entire staff at oga has been very kind and welcoming. They are quick to respond to any questions that I have or concerns that I have had following my procedure. If you are looking for a obgyn in the treasure valley, I would highly recommend going to oga. I have to travel a little bit of a distance to see them but it is worth it for the medical care that I have received from Dr. Armstrong and his team."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I highly recommend to take your business elsewhere. Office/Billing staff is completely incompetent of doing their job. I was seen by doctor Armstrong in the Nampa St. Luke’s. He was the on call doctor there at the time I was seen. His office tried to bill me for the service he provided in the hospital, but because I am not one of his patients at his Meridian office they didn’t have my billing information. The said that they tried to obtain my information from the hospital, but claimed the hospital didn’t have any information on me. When I called the hospital I talked to 6 different people and they all said that my information had been in the system for over a year! They had also told me that no one from his office had tried to call to obtain any of my information. His office/billing staff is completely lazy, they sent my bill straight to collections instead of obtaining my billing and insurance information from the hospital. When I spoke with the doctors billing manager she told me that the lady she spoke with at the hospital said that I have no information in the system. I had called and spoke with that same lady and she said that she told them that my information had been there since the beginning of last year. So now because of these incompetent idiots, my credit is being ruined because of their laziness to make a simple phone call."

"Meridian SLHS ER recommended I try to set up an appointment with him, but his receptionist is the biggest ***** I have EVER talked to. I’m still in absolute shock that she talked to me that way. I get that receptionists are allowed to have bad days, but if I EVER talked to a guest like that at my job (esp one that is calling from the ER) I would be fired on the spot. If that’s the type of people he hires, I doubt he’s any better."

"I am a first-time mom and new to the area, so choosing an OB/GYN was something I did not take lightly. I did a TON of research and met with more than one practice. I decided to go with Dr. Scott Armstrong with OGA in Meridian, ID and I am so happy I did. I considered Dr. Armstrong as a conservative doctor, which is what I wanted. I am very type A and wanted a doc that was going to keep me to the books on what to do throughout the pregnancy. If you are looking for a doc who is going to say drinking wine is ok, he isn't it and I appreciated that. My pregnancy was not smooth.. I had a cyst on an ovary that was monitored via ultrasound at each appointment. I also had placenta previa and ultimately had a placental abruption. I was admitted to the hospital (they delivery at St. Luke's Meridian) at 32 weeks and was in the hospital for 12 days before I ultimately had an emergency C-section. Because of that, I was exposed to all of the doctors in the OGA group but Dr. Armstrong was on call the day I ended up delivering - so I just got lucky :) My C-section went perfectly and my incision is immaculate. He also saved me from getting a second surgery for the cyst on the ovary I mentioned because he took that out while he was "in there". He saved my baby's life and I couldn't be more thankful. I owe him the world! Dr. Armstrong is knowledgable, cautious, caring and works hard. I am so lucky to have found him and won't go to anyone else!"
