"Had an appointment at 9 am, I was told to get there a little early and I did, I checked in even had my new patient paperwork already filled out for them and then I proceeded to sit there for 45 minutes, your receptionist did not even check me in and she even tried to call me when I was sitting right there in front of her. I have had issues with the receptionists before this as well, when I tried to call to make an appointment i had to wait a week for insurance to approve it and was waiting for a call from them, the next week I called and they took my name and number and gave it to the supervisor, waited a week again the next week I called literally one minute after they left a voicemail saying to call back and I did and I was told that my name wasn’t in their system and she tried to take my name and number again, it was such a pain to try and get ahold of a supervisor and when I finally did I got an appointment scheduled. I sat in this waiting room for 45 min before I could even see a doctor I didn’t leave the building until about 3 hours later. I missed my zoom class for school, these receptionists need to be fired or trained better because they make me not want to come back."
