I wasn't expecting to find a museum and a cooking / baking classroom here. The owners are very kind people and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here."

I had the honor of meeting Dan and being given a wonderful tour of the beautiful collection of antiques and African artifacts houses in the historical Pythias castle. He also shared stories of the collections fascinating history. I also learned they run the Bee Tree Folk School from here, which is a great contribution to the community, and listed on Google as a business. It also has a website. Because Bee Tree Folk School has their business information attached to it on Google I will leave a review and additional photos, taken with permission, there also."

"A medieval styled lodge with a facade featuring hand cut stones quarried from nearby Sand Hollow. It was built in 1904 for the international fraternal, non-sectarian order of its namesake. Aside from boarded over stained glass windows, it's been well preserved by the Weiser Architectural Preservation Committee."
