"Absolutely great place to go if you wanna walk in and walk out with a printed piece of paper telling you exactly what you already knew Walking in. Show up with back pain walk out with a piece of paper telling you that you have back pain Oh And who could forget your bill. Do you have a migraine? Well look no further, Just come on into Valley medical and you can get yourself a piece of paper that tells you you’re experiencing a headache. Only 1,900! Don’t worry they can break that up into payments. Side note: all the nurses doctors and staff in “family practice” were extremely professional and very helpful. Completely different story on that Side of the medical Center."
"Pay to get seen for a BAD respiratory infection... ask for antibiotics but instead get prescribed an inhaler that did NOTHING and now im worse than i ever was with an ear infection ontop of it on Christmas day."
"I've been to the Express Care several times over the past 20 yrs. as it is a convenient way to address any minor health issues. In the past 3 years I've had 5 or 6 experiences with Cheryl Mallory M.D. in express care, which all have been horrible. All the other practitioners have been great to work with there in express care and all asked questions and have recommendations that are plausible to any symptoms."
"I was seen today by NP Ryan at your express care. I have endured painful neck problems radiating from my trapezius to my skull and it has made it impossible to turn my head past a 30° angle to the right. While there, Ryan examined me and provided all I asked for - a PT referral, x rays of the cervical spine and enough flexeril to last about a week. Once I left, however, his nurse revised my rx from 21 to 7 pills. I found this out when I arrived at the WalMart in Clarkston. Flexeril is not scheduled or controlled and risks no dependency or resistance, but that nurse took it on herself to force me back to another doctor, another set of x rays and it will likely be weeks before your medical facility finds me a PT provider. I don’t like being surprised by a pharmacist upon arrival after a provider has already established reasonable treatment. If this is how your medical center treats patients enduring pain, I take strong issue with it. I work for the Washington State Department of Health and I would be livid if I found out a nurse did that to a patient I referred to a provider. For me, this means losing another full day of work, exposing myself unnecessarily to sick people and losing what little confidence I have in nursing staff. I could and would have had better outcome via any number of telehealth providers, without hassle or wait. The only thing your facility provided that I couldn’t have received more efficiently and thoroughly was x rays. Your urgent care failed to provide adequate service thanks to whoever thinks I can get in to another provider before next Friday. It’s disappointing and I will not be back or ever recommend your facility or its staff."
"I love my primary doctor, Anita, my OB Lindsay, and Anita’s nurses! They’re the best! However, I don’t love how they got rid of the “reserve a spot” for express care."
