"Scariest place to sign a least to! Please do not sign with them they signed on hundreds of new residents and now they’re all homeless while the building isn’t finished. Granted they’re giving them a lot of money but they aren’t letting anyone out of their leases unless that resident wants to get sued for 20,000. And so all of these young adults are bouncing between houses, AirBnBs, hotels, family and friends to just stay somewhere warm. Horrible business and management. Save your self or your kid from this sketchy situation."
