"Update to an earlier review: The new management is great, and the apartments themselves are fantastic. Especially the location. However there are some things worth mentioning. 1. The parking, it’s $75 a month for uncovered parking and tiny signs asking people not to park in your spot. People parking in the handicap and assigned spots for however long they want with no issue. 2. The inspections. There have been 6 “notice of entry” letters on our door this month alone. I have no idea why you’d need to come into a 1 bedroom apartment 6 times in 1 month. Overall, fantastic place to live, but I hope these issues are addressed further"
