Reviews of Salt Lake City Tabernacle
"We dropped by while visiting Salt Lake City on a Sunday. There were students greeting visitors. They informed us that the choir was practicing and we were welcome to attend. It is beautiful inside and listening to the choir was nice."
"Very interesting experience. Highly recommended. We had the opportunity to listen to the organ playing and then, across the street we visited the Latter Day Saints Conventiom Center. It was an awesome experience."
"Went to the Thursday night choir practice at 7:30pm and it was incredible. Nice to have an activity that is free."
"Free organ concerts all the time. More like free events all the time. A good place to warm up or escape the heat. Friendly sisters from around the world to give you history about the building and area. It's beautiful! A must see on Temple Square!"
"I am so happy i got to see one of the oldest organs still operating today. It was built in 1867! It has a total of 11, 623 pipes!! I was just in AWE!! The day that I visited, they were preparing for the funeral services of one of the church leaders Mr. M. Russell Ballard. Upon entry, I was greeted by a couple of missionaries who must have felt my spirit and happily prayed with me. I needed that. Thank You. The Temple is under construction."
