"i like my apartment alot and have met lots of cool people here! its also very close to alot of food, grocery places, school, etc. the pool area is closed quite a bit and the hot tub never works. the elevators also break down quite a bit and the hallways smell terrible."

"Its great living here, the flat rate of rent is amazing. And as a college student a furnished apartment was a great find. It's spacious and there are also many amenities around the building. I would say though rent seems to be going up every single time I resign which is the discouraging part."

"It’s very close to campus, and in my opinion more convenient and fun than the dorms. Maintenance is fast, polite, and does their job incredibly well. There are also several community events like crafts and s’mores that brighten my days. I did deduct one point for cleanliness. Although the cleaning staff works extremely hard, and are very good at their jobs, there seems to be not enough staff to tackle the whole building, as messes quickly reappear. The floors and walls are visably dirty. I hope soon they will hire more cleaning staff, and then I can give 5/5 Edit: I have personally noticed an uptick in how clean the halls are. In edition several things have been fixed and refurbished, such as the pool and the fire escape signs. I can now give 5/5!"

"I like living at the degree. However,it would be nice if they had bigger fridges for the 4 bedroom apartments. The size they have now is great for a 2 bedroom apartment,but for 4 roommates it's a struggle. I also wish they would install some sort of buzzer system for guests or deliveries instead of tenants having to flag down delivery drivers."

"I love living here! It is close to campus and my work. And then the rooms are big enough to have your own space. My room is my own personal space. Plus it has room for my bookshelves. The people in the leasing office are super helpful and they are so kind even though I ask a lot of random questions."
