"I had a great experience especially with the kind young ladies who helped me pick out my glasses and then adjusted them for me when I picked them up. Couldn't recommend more!!"
"Something has changed and I am shocked at the poor customer service. My son's lenses are so scratched he is struggling in school to read and showing a decline. I called 2 weeks ago to order the lenses under warranty they were never ordered. I also can not get anyone to call me back. They also do not return calls. I asked about staff shortage they said they are definitely experiencing that which I understand. However it is not improving. I don't feel a child who is experiencing negative effects from the lenses should have to wait over and over because the office can't order what he needs or follow up at all."
"Add an appointment 2 months ago, all I needed were new lenses ordered went to pick them up they ordered frames with the lenses not even the right size lenses was told that they would reorder 2 weeks goes by I'm being told to order is lost in the mail they reorder the lenses tell me to pick them up I arrived today and they have nothing. The doctor is great but the office staff and supplier are straight trash."

I've called twice trying to get my glasses ordered, both times I have been told to wait a week and I'd receive a call telling me they are in. Never heard back. I called today and was told they were never ordered! I'm not very happy!!"
