"I am out here visiting and had a dog with an emergency. They got him in immediately and were super friendly."
"Munchausen syndrome (also known as factitious disorder) is a rare type of mental disorder in which a person fakes illness. The person may lie about symptoms, make themselves appear sick, or make themselves purposely unwelcoming."
"ABSOLUTELY THE WORST VET YOU COULD EVER GO TO. THE hospitality they show you is beyond childish. A woman ( we know who) is extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. Will never return. If you need an amazing vet with outstanding service go to Dr. York. I'm tired of this company staying in business and treating the people who provide the business like they mean nothing."
"Very rude. Not willing to help while my dog was in need of emergency medical attention. She was upset because “I got her out of bed” “on a holiday weekend” when calling the emergency after hours phone number listed on their website. I called her 2 times because the first time, she was rude and upset that I had woke her up and so I decided to wait and see if my dog would maybe get better on her own because she guilt tripped me into thinking I was bothering them saying that I needed to make up my mind because if I brought my dog in it would require her to wake everyone up on a holiday weekend, she also told me I needed to bring at least $500 with me just to start, my dog ended up getting worse so I called a second time to let her know and ask her if I could take my dog in after all and I was told that if I called again she would be calling the police on me for “harassment” this place is a joke. Take your pets to Dr. York, he helped my Nala at 2:45 am on the Friday after Thanksgiving even if it was a “holiday weekend” as this woman kept complaining about. Dr. York treated my dog and told me that he was glad I took her in because she wouldn’t have made it till the morning! He only charged me $150 & was so nice and sweet!"
"I wish I could give negative reviews on this place, my puppy was not acting like a puppy should, feeling down, and would not eat at all. So my grandmother called to ask a vet what she should do and the receptionist told her to make an appointment. My grandmother asked if we could call just in case he got worse for an emergency and the receptionist said that they don't take emergency's. When I called to cancel my dogs appointment today on October 9th because he unfortunately passed away while I was at work this morning, I asked why they didnt give my grandmother the emergency number? The receptionist said that they dont have one, "its the same as the clinics number." I was very confused because keep in mind that when I looked up the clinic on google it still has a photo with an emergency number, EVEN ON THERE WEBSITE. I then asked the receptionist why they dont take emergencys anymore and she gave the worst excuse ever. "Right now we are having problems with our on call p-phone (she stuttered) , so its not the same procedure that it has been in the past and once they get our phone system to working appropriately I can not gurantee that it is going to be the procedure that we have currently." Wouldn't the first thing you do as a veterinarian clinic is update your google page so that you could help those with animals that have an emergency? If the number is the same as the clinic why are there problems with the on call machine? While reading the reviews it seems they dont take any at all and still give excuses. I got angry told her that my dog was dead because of this and to have a good day and hung up the phone. Long story short, do not take your animal here, the receptionist are rude and quick to anger, they dont update anything when things change and they don't care about your best friends."
