"I am always treated wonderfully in this office. All the staff is kind & gracious. Today's visit was different because there was a misunderstanding as to why I was there. I thought it was for a steroid shot in my foot. They thought it was for wound care. As a result, I did not get the shot & an appt was made for me to see Dr Anderson in Scott City next week for the shot. The reason for 4 stars was only because I did not get what I came for, not due to any poor service."
