"I am very pleased with this apartment complex and for the friendly office staff! The maintence team does a great job offering help and assistance and gets to repairs quickly! They care about the premises and have done a great job this winter keeping residents safe from slips and falls from all the ice that comes with winter. The pool & hot tub is a wonderful perk and Stacy is one of the most considerate, understanding property management managers I have ever experienced working with. She cares, she is reasonable and realistic and is approachable and easy to talk to. I greatly appreciate all she has done for me and my family. She puts together and runs a fun fall program to give back to the community. She does a warm "sock" drive for the homeless and always makes sure there is something fun and festive for the Holidays. I highly recommend this apartment complex for those looking for a place to call home."

"Office Management is super considerate and down to earth, Stacy is great, very nice, the pricing of apartments is good, realistic, good quality living. If you can improve anything it would be a better parking situation for the residents and for bigger vehicles like trucks and vans. But overall I'd recommend renting here."

"They will take your damage deposit and say they had to make repairs. We took pictures of our apartment before moving out. It was not even close to $100 worth of damage. And I'm a contractor. I know how much these things cost. And the carpet was SO soaked when we moved in that it NEVER dried in certain areas by the time we moved out. Don't rent from these slime balls."

"I have a family member that resides here. The apartments are nice. The pool is large with plenty of space on the deck, however, there are a lot of bugs in the water from the vegetation surrounding the deck."
