"In my over 10 years of experience donating plasma in many various centers in cities thru out the USA I've never found a more poorly managed, unprofessional and discourteous personnel. The woman who finally interviewed me after unnecessary 2 HOUR WAIT WHEN NO ONE ELSE WAS THERE FOR THE 1ST 1&1/2 HOUR INCLUDING THE MANAGER - she refused to let me speak to her Quality Control Manager in order to remedy the totally poor mismanagement. It took 2 hours for them to determine my address was out of their vicinity - ALTHOUGH I GAVE MY ADDRESS WITHIN THE 1ST 15 MINUTES BEING THERE. If I could score negative stars - they would deserve it especially the unprofessional woman who tried to coerce me out without allowing a reasonable conversation with the Quality Control Manager - which was a courtesy on my part to help improve this location that ought to fire that woman."

"I was highly disrespected by 3 employees I was forgotten about when I needed my pulse re checked so when I finally got called back to a bed at 6:20 pulse recheck was supposed to be at 6:15 but wasn't till 6:18 because I was forgot about. I kept my mouth shut well they then moved me to bed then waited like 10 minutes moved me over and then made me last to hook up so when I said something about it they was very rude made racist comments towards me cuz I'm white had the whole place laughing so I got upset and said I had 1 hr too drive home it my my daughter's bday and the bigger black lady started talking rude to me more then told me to leave so I will be reporting this to corprate and better business bureau I may be new there but I am no new donor and that's not how you treat your people willing to donate to help save lives."

"I suffer with argophobia sadly, but here I have found some of the sweetest people. I have my favorites of course Brett and Cynthia, they rock!! The process itself isn't bad at all, it helps save lives. So you leave with the satisfaction of knowing you helped, plus a little cash."
