"River Walk Apartments is a great place to live! The apartments are beautiful inside and out with amazing views of the Boise River and mountains. Located right along the Greenbelt, I get to take advantage of relaxing by the river or getting a good workout on the path. The apartment complex has covered parking and even has an elevator! The staff have been great as well as the other tenants. I enjoy peace of mind combined with beauty. A great experience all around."

His professionalism has been ideal, as he was always on time, reliable with responding, and provides consistent and accurate information. He was very patient and understanding when I had shifts in my plans and always made sure to ask my thoughts on different apartments that he showed me to make sure he could cater to my values during the tour. "The apartments are absolutely beautiful but Roundhouse is severely incompetent. I've gotten bills for things I don't owe and an eviction notice for an overdue balance of $0.00. I've had to explain my lease to them and remind them what Idaho law says. It's been a headache since they took over in March of 2022. Until they get better training or more experienced staff, I would not move here."

"Rachel the office manager is a total sweetheart! She was so warm on the phone, and during the tour she answered all of our questions. Move in day was a snap, and she’s been so helpful with any inquiries we have had along the way. River walk is truly beautiful and there is no riff raff around the apartment building. I am truly grateful that Rachel and Sonny work so hard to keep RW safe, clean, and in tip top shape. Great place to live."

"My wife and I lived here for two years and really miss it. Rachel is a fantastic manager and is always available. The maintenance team are responsive and efficient. The location is right on the greenbelt next to the Boise river and is also close to downtown and within easy access to the interstate. Riverwalk is perfect is you want both seclusion and convenience."
