"Worst experience with property management. Communication was always a pain, unclear and even unresponsive. I understand they manage property and owners pay for repairs and managers are the middle guys. BUT they wouldn't take our concerns seriously. Every time we asked for repairs or brought up issues they would not fix them and reassure us "don't worry you won't be charged" - when these were issues from the day we moved in . When we moved in, the place wreaked of cat pee and there was still cat pee on the wall and cat litter on the carpet, obviously did not clean up well after last tenant. They sent carpet cleaners 5-6 times before considering replacing the carpet, assuring us the carpet was guaranteed to be clean and smell free after every single cleaning. We couldn't move in for the first 2 weeks and they're was no price adjustments or anything."
