Shadiest place in idaho!!! Tomlinson is absolutely so shady and they do things behind your back and they lie about records that never happened!! Worst place to rent. Stay away from here!!"

"Very clean no trash. Laundry facility on-site, lots of kids playing in big front yard green grass very neat and clean"

"Repair requests are slow to be acknowledged, hard to find a parking spot even if you have an assigned space. Kids look through your windows at day and night, dog poop isn’t picked up. Etc.."

"This place is a shamboo and for one this place parents are supposed to watch there f kids.they do not. Most don't speak English. The burn the place and set them in another apartment. It's sad no swimming pool or big play ground for kids. Kids that don't speak English scratch you vehicles and throw trash around. It starting to look like a dump. It's the worst of the worst. Including wood bridge apartments. They are the same. Don't rent either latal or wood bridge apartments. All they care is you pay the rent that's it. And when you need something fixed. In a week or so."
