"The B Side is in such a perfect neighborhood ESPECIALLY if you work in the downtown area. Views from the 2nd and 3rd floor are beautiful at night. Also saw a special about parking and this was exciting since parking downtown Boise can be difficult."

"The B-Side looks like it MIGHT be cool, but I’m not sure it actually exists. I tried to book a tour, and it was like tracking Bigfoot. No one around, nothing but a sense of hip mystery. Maybe a secret word or hand gesture is required to gain some sort of entrance into this intriguing world…?"

"I wouldn't even live here if they payed me, for a couple of months I had to walk by puke on a daily. Bad vibes! There is garbage parking they don't complete there construction, and there has been homeless people sleeping in the lobby. I repeat "DO NOT LIVE HERE!""

"The Bside is a visually nice place to live - nice views. However, management and communication over the year has been very unprofessional. Vomit was left in the stairwell for months even though we were told it would be cleaned. I am often unable to access my bike in the bike room because key cards don’t work. They randomly turn off our water without telling us. And the security of the front and back door to the building are often left unlocked & open to the public - we’ve even seen a homeless person on the couch in the lobby. Very unprofessional management. Would not recommend moving here."
