From stainless steel appliances, to the fancy coffee machine in the lobby, to the amenities, and to the hard working and polite staff, every part of my experience here has been great!"

"The security deposit mine as well be listed as non refundable. You can consider it gone regardless of the condition you leave your apartment in. I’ve attached a photo of my unit upon moving out. I was charged $350 of the $400 deposit for “cleaning fees”. The fire alarm goes off at around 1am typically once a month so be prepared for that. The “Pool” is essentially a community tub. For that size it should’ve just been made a hot tub. The gym is nice and the location is great, but with the price you pay for rent there are much better options in downtown Boise."

"Jules on 3rd is a great community to live. We love the amenities (Roof top pool, BBQ, Lounge and Gym). If you would like to experience hotel like stay in the heart of Boise downtown, look nowhere else! Management is very good and their responses are very quick. Jodi and Zac are great!"
