Rembrandt Park Apartments 1436 North Cormorant Place, Boise, ID 83713

"My boyfriend and I were struggling to find a place until we can across these apartments. I spoke with Baylee and was honest about our situation and pets and she was more than willing to work with us! We were in a tough spot and Baylee took a chance on us and we couldn’t appreciate it more. The apartment complex feels like our own little oasis from the rest of the world because of all the beautiful plants and trees they have placed. They consistently keep the outdoor areas clean! They have a gym area in the main building, a hot tub and pool(which is heated during the summers), a play ground and picnic area with a grill! It really is a lovely place to call home! Anytime a maintenance issue arises from general wear and tear they are quick to fix it. The communication gets a 10 out of 5! Baylee and Doug are amazing at communication and making sure if there’s any issues they are on top of it! Baylee our landlord is the absolute best! No matter what she always greets us with a smile and is always willing to answer any questions we have or tackle a problem with us! We couldn’t be more thankful for the opportunity! Here’s to another year at Rembrandt Park Apartments! We are so happy to call this place our home!"

"This apartment complex was very beautiful The landscape was breathtaking The maintenance team and management were always in communication with any question or concern I had. Bailey was always pleasant to talk to and always had to answer for any question I have. It was the perfect starter place for my family I would have stayed another year but we bought our very first home. Thank you to everybody involved from Rembrandt Park apartments!"

"This complex gave us the best experience as tenants that we have had by far. The property manager, Baylee, is the kindest person you will ever meet. She always had a positive attitude and was there to help, come good or bad. We ended up having to break our lease early as had to move out of state, and the process was very simple and affordable with no extra fees in place. Baylee is in her office on site all the time throughout the week so any questions we had were answered promptly and thoroughly either via text, or just walking in to see her! I definitely reccomend checking into availability here if you are looking for somewhere to live :)"

"Our family has been at these apartments now for 2 years about to be 3. Charla is the the main manager on duty and she’s always kinda, understand and helpful. Josh is the main maintenance guy and he gets things done. I’m never ignored with concerned or questions always helpfully and friendly. Walking area in the apartments are well lit and clean"

"I can give a 5 star review all the way from Louisiana without ever having been there in person yet. Back in August, we were relocating and chose these apartments not because they look so amazing but because of Sharalee (sorry if I slaughtered name spelling). She was so sweet, helpful and went out of her way to make sure we were informed, happy and that our relocation would be easy. Unfortunately, plans fell through and our relocating got pushed to April 2020. I had already put down my deposit and even 2 pet deposits. When I called to let her know we would not be coming she was so compassionate and understanding. She even gave me back my deposits and I know she did not have to do that. I just called them back today since we are at the 10 weeks left to moving mark and to my pleasure, it was Sharalee that answered. She knew who I was without me even telling her. I was absolutely floored! She is the reason we chose this place in the beginning and the reason Rembrandt was the first place I called today and after hanging up I will not be calling anywhere else because of her. Thanks for everything Sharalee!!!"
