"Table Rock is not great and now manages this place. If something does not work in your unit they will send a guy out to look over it for 10min tell you it’s fine, do it a second time tell you it’s broken, and come out a 3rd time tell you it’s fixed. When it’s not. Then tell you they need another one of there guys to look at it. Oh and if your wife calls to try and get it all figured out be ready for someone to be aggressive with her, make excuses, and give you the run around that they aren’t a professional and can’t tell me why my things don’t work."

"Lived here for a year and the place looks nice from the outside but is built very poorly. New appliances that will catch your eye but be wary this is like lipstick on a pig. Hot tub was down for 6 months before they fixed it after multiple emails. After fixing it, the hot tub was barely warm. They charge 65$ when someone comes to fix an issue even if it's a five minute fix. They charge a dog monthly fee and non refundable deposit. They also charge for carpet cleaning and will use a "blacklight" to justify cost of full cleaning regardless. They will do everything they can to nickel and dime you to take your security deposit. Only giving two stars because it is walkable distance to the greenbelt but glad I only had to stay here for one year"

"My family and I lived here for 2 years and only recently moved out due to an opportunity in another state. We enjoyed the area and overall our experience at Woodside Villas was a positive one. We'd like to give a big "Thanks!" to several Commercial NW employees that were a tremendous help to us while living at Woodside Villas. Michael Fogg, Marcela Mendez, Connor Loughney, James (in maintenance...sorry I don't know his last name), Drew Lindsley, Jenna Raigoza and Sally Hunter...THANK YOU! Y'all are awesome!"

"Our family of four (and dog) lived in the Woodside Villas for one year, here is my review and the five reasons I am giving it five stars. 1. Safety: extremely safe neighborhood. I felt completely comfortable walking my dog alone at night. We had an important package come while we were away for Christmas (10days) it was still on the porch when we returned. 2. Location!: Although there is no personal green space the access to the Greenbelt is absolutely incredible, we used it constantly along with the private ponds. If you do want to grill or hang out outside the pool/hot tub club area is rarely used and a great place to spend time. Our kids are in the Eagle Schools- and loved them along with the close bus stop. 3. Customer Service: From move in and throughout, Commercial Northwest Property was easy to use and accessible. It was nice to deal with a professional company who didn't take things personally and really just want you to enjoy the rental. Rent was easy to pay on the app. Due to the new facilities there weren't really any maintenance needs. But we were concerned about the grass in front of our townhouse. It was taken care of with fresh sod as soon as we noted it on the app. Michael took great care of us, helping with any concerns. We just moved out a week ago, so we haven't closed everything out yet. I will update this review if there are issues, but I can not imagine there will be any. 4. The Townhouse: New/clean and great layout in the townhouse. Our family of four fit absolutely fine in a much smaller square footage that we were previously in. I think it is in large part to efficiently used space and storage. It really is a beautiful space and felt comfortable the entire time we were there. 5. Community: we found that the neighbors and community is quiet and respectful of each other. I believe the units must have sound proof walls between them. The entire year we never heard one sound from the outside (or our wall neighbor) when we were inside the unit. Not one, which really says a lot over a full year! We found that the rules are mostly to help everyone live with each (pick up your dog waste, don't leave out your trash....). These are not hard to live by if you are respectful and others for the most part will do the same. Again loved our time at Woodside Villas, huge thanks to Michael at CNW."
