"Excellent experience at my tour. Everyone from the manager to the assistant was friendly and helpful. Apartments they showed me were clean and ready to go. The grounds looked great, they seemed to know the other tenants, and will be recommending them. :)"

"We rented a 1 bd unit with one year lease from 2023/24. Base rent was $1,375. Renters are responsible for W/S/T. Within first 5 months, rent was $1,480+ while W/S/T kept increasing. Trash was one shared dumpster between two buildings. No separate dumpster for recycling. We only use on-site laundry for emergencies. Tenants have no consideration for others, as many of them have pets and will leave washers/dryers with clumps of pet/human hair. Tenants with dogs are terrible, they do not pick up after them & let them roam free. Children’s playground is small and old, located next to dog park. Our unit was not “renovated” prior to our move-in, but they considered it “renovated” only because it had new kitchen appliances, cabinets, and countertops. The rest of unit was outdated: two closets in bedroom with one broken door that we had requested to be fixed before move-in but was never fixed, doors and some walls have patched-over holes, baseboards filled with mold, very old and moldy ac unit that blows out warm air, kitchen ceiling fan that looks like it will fall off, corner of walls and windows would grow instant mold, moldy front and patio doors. There were sharp nails on the edges of closets and carpeting. We had to hammer them down because we all had cuts on the bottoms of our feet. we had to buy our own ac unit and had an ant problem. Noise transfers throughout the building. The gym is lacking. The pool is only nice when they have cleaned it. Parking is unassigned, tenants would allow guests to park in our already full lot. They only invest most of their efforts into the office to impress new tenants. Maintenance crew for work orders are responsive/have completed them in a timely manner. They required 60-day notice for terminating the lease. We were given the notice, decided to request a transfer to bigger unit only to be told we had to wait until we were “closer” to the end of our lease because they “could not hold units for long.” We decided to terminate our lease because we no longer wanted to wait, however, assistant manager was more than willing to accommodate our needs only after receiving our termination notice. We vacated our unit before our lease ended in January ‘24 + returned keys, they added another month to our termination contract & billed us $1,000 for Feb ‘24 rent, even though we had already vacated our unit. $500 deposit is gone. This property is now under new ownership, but I would stay away from this place."

"Living here has been an incredibly easy and positive experience. Nikki is the epitome of timely, helpful, and personable. She is relentlessly kind and compassionate on all matters, all while remaining completely professional. The maintenance staff is also consistently timely in addressing work orders, and the community, regardless of requests, is very well maintained."

"Very rude staff when I called Nikkie at the office to ask about an explanation about the rent she laughed said that the credit I had was not my money because it was from a foundation because my son has a heart condition and she laughed and made fun of. I’am very upset and it’s very unprofessional to have people like that when all you wanted was an explanation especially knowing we are going through a difficult time all she cares is about the money she even had the audacity to call the cops because she felt threatened. She discriminated us based on our race and the way we look thinking we’re not educated. Don’t apply here they just want your money. That’s all they care about l!"

"Crapy appliances as well as rude office staff. They only take care of the office area for looks. There is constant water around the buildings as well as the main parking lot floods so be prepared for soaked shoes. Your charged a fee every month for the dumpster and they always fill it with stuff from Apts there renovating. You pay for there trash disposal. As well as the dumpsters were always over flowing. They are extremely slow to fix things. They also have two pools but only 1 ever works. The fitness center isn't worth it either. If they have left insulation all over our door step after working in the attic above. They leave appliances wherever they feel like. For price to what you get I'd suggest somewhere else."
