"I've been living in the Old Town Lofts for a few months now and I have absolutely loved it. The buildings and rooms are new and have a really awesome setup (mine is basically a donut hehe). Holly is the property manager and has taken such good care of me since I arrived. Her office is on site and she is always available, from the time I locked myself out of my apartment (dummy), to the cool events they do (find hidden snowflakes around the complex and submit them to her to be entered in a drawing for $400 off next months rent), to the fact that just the other day they added a free coffee station on the ground floor of the building! She is excellent at communication and so nice. In a time where renting is an absolute nightmare for 99% of people, I feel like I got really lucky in finding a home here. Thank you Holly for everything you do! Old Town Lofts are amazing!!!"

"Holly is the best! She has assisted me through many questions I’ve had, and gone out of her way to provide me all the resources I’ve needed. Living here has been a great experience and I would 10/10 recommend anyone moving here. They left Halloween candy at our doors, did a Christmas time raffle to win $ off rent, secret Santa, and all kinds of other fun events for residents here!"

"What an experience so far. First time renting in 10 years and it has been successful as of yet. Holly the PM has been very helpful with multiple issues, responds right away, and is always cheerful which is a plus. Taking care of an entire complex isn’t easy but they do such a good job here. I really appreciate being here and hope to be for a good amount of time. The community involvement and intercommunity activities they plan are so cute! About to sign up for the secret Santa which should be really fun!"
