"Horrendous company to work with. They are the worst property management company I have ever worked with and I would strongly recommend that nobody uses them to manage any of their properties."

"I'm currently renting a "room" in a multiple occupancy home in Boise. Cost was listed as $550. However at lease signing there are additional charges. $50 per month for cleaning, and $65 per month for internet, water, sewage, gas, and electric. Thus far, the internet has not worked. I use the data off my phone for TV. If you even try to email off the wifi it never sends. One of the occupants has directly connected to the modem and hogs the bandwith. As for heating and air, air conditioning has been non existent because the house was "under contract," and Beechtree refuses to fix the problem. Other occupants fail to wash or clean their areas or the dishes they use. When I contacted the agency they refused to assist. Also, there are squatters living here, meaning people who refuse to pay their rent (havnt paid in over 1 year). I would not recommend renting from this agency or this house. 1217 S Michigan Ave."

"I am so happy to be a resident of Aspen Creek Apartments! The location is central to everything I need plus has close freeway access, but more than that, I’ve made some wonderful friends here! The management has been great and our newest manager, Alex, does a wonderful job and is very friendly and professional. Our maintenance man, Bob is also skilled and personable and any issues that have needed attention are taken care of promptly and to my satisfaction. I especially love the deep tub, the wide doors and the taller ceiling in the living area of my apartment. And changes are being made to the landscaping that are great, also! The Phyllis canal runs behind the property so I see ducks, etc. when it is flowing. I try and do my part to keep this complex looking great by taking my dog Ember with me and doing litter patrol, and am happy to do so! And my current roommate is going to move into his own apartment here in the spring so I’ll have this apartment to myself, which means I can have my family come visit more readily! If you’re looking for a great apartment complex, you won’t be disappointed at Aspen Creek!"
