You all went above and beyond in our little emergency of the water heater about to fall through the floor! Not gonna lie, the previous property management would’ve been like “ Oh that’s just apartment living”. I will not go into much detail of ALL that you have done for us here, just know you are all appreciated and actually show that you have heart! To anyone reading this just know that thangs have changed around here and this is an extraordinary community to be a part of!!!"

"Great management and maintenance is always working their best to make sure everything is fixed for the tenants in a timely manner if anything does happen to break or leak on you such as a water heater or anything else."

"The management has residents spy on and take pictures of other tenants. Management only enforces rules on tenants they dont like. But if they like talking to you they will let you break the rules and cover for you. The dont treat people equal or fairly. They use their position for their own gain."

"We loved the Manager of the complex. Everything else fell short overtime though. Indoor smoking is allowed, so our neighbors' smoke would often seep into our apartment. We would often have to leave the playground because of the cigarette smoke. We also had crime happen directly to us several times in the three years that we lived here (car break ins, attempted break in on our apartment, someone banging on our door loudly at 4 AM, etc). Not to mention all the terrible things the kids of the complex would do, like pick on younger kids at the playground, bend car antennas, climb on peoples cars, etc. The trash cans would regularly overflow, and became regular dumping grounds for the tenants. Because you're close to Walmart you can hear all the trucks working throughout the night. The manager cares about you and your problems, but the owners only see you as a dollar sign. They would take a long time to respond, and occasionally only after we would make drastic threats like refusing to pay rent until they responded. We lived here nearly 3 years and were never offered a cheaper rate. We just sat on the waitlist the entire time. And if you walk around in the lawn you can almost always spot dog feces in areas not designated for dog poop. One of our neighbors would even let their dog pee on the stairs leading up to our apartment. If we could live here again, we wouldn't."
