"It may look pretty but they are built cheap and are constantly doing repairs on air conditioning and such since they chose the cheapest ones. Hardly enough storage space as they put all the square footage into making it feel more open so there isn't enough cupboard space for much food or dishes. Our dishwasher doesn't work properly and even tho we reported it they never fixed it. If you have a maintenance request good luck getting ahold of a person since all of their issue reports are automated messages. Our power went out in one room and we couldn't access the breakers or maintenence. And the walls and floors are so thin you could probably hold a conversation with your neighbor through them."
"It seems once Southside Townhomes gets ahold of your email they just can’t keep themselves from emailing you. I’ve asked them to stop emailing me three times now. That’s just adding insult to injury because when I had originally applied they said the townhouse was available then after I submitted my application and non refundable fees the immediately told me it was unavailable"
"3 bedroom Unit Pros: They are pleasantly spacious with vaulted ceilings, colors are well coordinated, unit is very muffled, neighborhood is quite, parking is unassigned and large, a nice amount of storage, has a nice sized spandrel (broom closet), good sized coat closet, a decent sized linen closet, open gallery kitchens, plenty of outlets, in house maintenence team was great and helpful, Monique is a pleasure to speak to and understanding of any issues you may come across. Cons: Neighbors made our lives hell in a short period of time, Roaming tenants don't pick up pet feces, West side of property is fenced off to an easement dirt driveway whose residents use the driveway for leisure causing a ton of dirt and dust to accumulate inside of the unit and a kitchen pantry and laundry set (3bed units have a combo appliance) would of been nice, patio storage is smaller than average. OVERALL these units are well structured and worth the money, befriend your neighbors or the slightest inconvenience will be a permanent issue. This property is still under development and amenities such as off leash dog park, tot lot, pickleball court are a future enjoyment. Take note that our experience was a matter of inconvenience and does not reflect this property or management as a whole."
