"If you don't live on the 3rd floor stay far far away. It's like a cheap hotel. Hear everyone who walks above you. I live on the second floor & can hear the people walking above me. Noise levels are very bad for a new building. 6/3/2021 ~ Smoking ~ Lease says its a non-smoking premise inside & outside except management does nothing about it. The tenant above me smokes outside so I have to keep my patio door shut. It doesn't help to complain to management as they never answer any emails. 03/11/22 I renewed my lease because the increase was fair. Noise levels are still bad. The ladies in the office are always great but not much they can do to help with noise levels. I am on the second floor. I can hear everything above me, below me and now behind me. They allow dogs so this is good and bad. Bad, if you have to listen to barking dogs all day long, Good, if you need a place for dogs, lol. Stay away if you like an oasis free of noise. 03/15/2023 NOISE is horrible in this place. I have sent management 25 emails complaining about the noise, and nothing will be done about it. They said record it, and they will do something about it. Sent them the videos with the loud sound in them, wasn't enough evidence, they said. If you are an adult who wants a quiet place, you should rent in another place. This place is not veteran friendly either. They don't enforce the handicapped parking. So any time my veteran buddies come over they have to park far away because parking is absolutely horrible here. 06/20/2023 UPDATE*** Management will not do anything about the noise. I have Tenants that run, stomp & scream above me all day. I have sent over 30 plus emails to them. They say I have to have video proof. Anyone every make a video of the ceiling?? Seriously they say its normal & I should live with it or move. I would steer clear of this place if you value any kind of quiet living. 10/25/2023 update. I moved out on 10/1 due to excessive noise. I would recommend that if you care about your sanity you live somewhere else. I am now waiting for my deposit. I had heard they charge you a very large amount to clean your place no matter how you leave it. So save your time and don't worry about it. Good luck with any rentals from this company ."

"Lived here for 8 months in between moving states and my husband and I both enjoyed it! The amenities are nice and the leasing office is very polite and accommodating. I would recommend this complex to those looking for a spot in nampa!"

"One of the worst places to rent. Strongly advise against renting here, the managers on site are inexperienced and have a tendency to be dishonest when you ask them questions or need a resolution to any issue that may arise when living there. The hot tub is cold and the pool and hot tub are constantly dirty with cigarette butts and litter around the pool. There are insufficient spaces for parking in the complex and management is here is not above having your car towed with out justification even if you are parked Legally. The only reason I gave them one star is because it’s not possible to give a zero star rating."

"Nice neighborhood. Office is super nice and always helpful. Maintenance was super nice and really quick response time. Tony was super nice and funny. Very helpful and responded quickly to any problems we had."

"Terribly constructed apartments. If you plan on living on the first or second floor good luck with sleeping. Reached out to management about noisy upstairs neighbors with no response. I've also spoke to other residents with this issue. I'm not expecting silence but I've lived in 5 other apartment buildings with tenants above and it's never been this bad."
