"Very friendly neighborhood honestly I have no ideas where the 1 star reviews come from at all I’ve been living here for 3 months now and it is just really good. I have no complaints so far and for those reviews about the deposit it is ALWAYS negotiable. Move in process was quick and the staff was super helpful during the showing and when it was time to move in. If it goes well I will renew for another year!"
