"Tell me why this residence is for seniors and disabled when Physical Therapist, Respiratory Therapists, Home Health, CNAs, food delivery or even Emergency services CANNOT get in for their assistance or services. I appreciate their protection with the doors being locked at both entrances but if this is required, an employee should be at the door during business hours at least!? My Father in law loves his home and he has been there close to 20+ years. They pay to live there, why does this required door closure need to affect their home needs and even health requirements?"
