Aspen Creek Apartments

"This was my first apartment. For what it is, the rent is too high. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone around you very easily. I had an obnoxious couple above me that would wake me up screaming at each other and their dog and puppy made racket 24/7. I complained multiple times to management and nothing was ever done. I parked my motorcycle in the covered parking. I noticed the sprinkler right by it was just pouring out water rather than spraying. I notified management. They put in a new sprinkler. Instead of it watering the lawn, it was pointed directly at my parking spot. I now have permanent hard water spots on my bike that was dang near brand new at the time because of the incompetence of the people who put the sprinkler in. I notified management. Nothing was done and no effort to make it right. I had to adjust the sprinkler myself. Regarding moving out, they failed to get me what I needed, even after asking multiple times. My mom was my cosigner, but my name was on the lease and I was paying rent. Finally, they sent stuff to her, but not me at all. I left the apartment better than I found it and cleaned it, but didn't see a single penny of my deposit back. Overall, I had a bad experience here and would not recommend it to anyone."

"We came here to tour the apartments and really loved them so we decided to apply. They ended up putting us in a different unit from the one we toured saying it was the same. When we went to move in, it was not the same at all. We decided to bring it up with management, expecting to be met with "your fault for not checking" but instead they went above and beyond what we expected. They treated us so nicely, especially Craig and the maintenance guy (Drew). They fixed the problem no questions asked. We are very pleased and love this little apartment. Management is really great and really cares. And Zac has been really helpful too"

"We love it here! The apartments are beautiful and it is very easy to feel at home! The location is awesome, so close to the freeway and the Idaho Center, there is always something to do! The property management company is so mindful of their tenants needs and is quick to respond to emails/requests, working with your schedule to get anything you need addressed. Everything in our move-in checklist was taken care of promptly and Bob from Beech Tree was so friendly when he came by to help! Our thermostat broke and within the day we had a response from the Beech Tree management team and within 3 days it was replaced. We have been very impressed in our short time here!"

"Wow! We are really impressed with the professionalism, promptness and excellent customer service of Alex the manager at Aspen Creek. Alex made our move in experience easy. We chose Aspen Creek for the value, location and the quick response from Alex. We submitted an application over the weekend and she called us first thing Monday morning. Everything was quick and easy. The apartment itself is surprisingly very spacious, has lots of storage and is in great condition. In the highly competitive rental market here, where we know people can wait weeks to find out if there application has even been reviewed. We feel lucky to have found and moved into a spacious, affordable apartment in a short amount of time. Thanks again Alex for all of your help!!!!!"
