"Terrible experience with this company. They were pretty good my first year or 2 with them. The past few years it’s been near impossible to get a hold of them or get a reply. Often overcharged on my statements or charged incorrectly or upcharged absurd amounts for any maintenance issues. During turn over periods the house would sit for months & months for me to find out they were not making much effort to get it rented at all. & after being charged turn over expenses my home was still dirty & many things not repaired. For paying 10% a month, I expected much better service & communication. Super happy to be done with them. Save yourself the headache & money & do not choose this company."

"Do not rent from these people! I have never wrote a review, this is my first and I’m only doing it to keep people away from this terrible property management. They seriously just stole almost 3 thousand dollars from us after telling us the wrong date of our lease ending and after realizing it was the wrong date tried to contact them never heard back in months until it was too late, they weren’t even sure what the date was. They made us pay a full month of rent when we had already vacant the property. They told us if they found someone to rent it out we would get reimbursed a month went by and they never posted it until after the month was over. The owners ended up selling the house and sold in 2 days, our deposit was gone used it all on all the maintenance they did on the house before they sold it so they didn’t even have to pay a penny. Terrible management terrible communication terrible customer service, a completely terrible company."

"I called to have a coaxial cable line ran through to my apartment because my apartment management sucks and refuse to update basically anything while charging the highest rate of rent in Boise, I had to call this company because the apartment management has a contract with this company only, so I couldn't reach out to anyone else. After calling and explaining this to them they deflected me back to my apartment management saying that they had to have the management place a work order. So I called back the apartment management and they insisted that I had to do the work, so after arguing with them and finally getting them to call and place a work order I then called Superior property management back to have them confirm that the work order was placed. They confirmed it but then said " yeah so we'll just call you back whenever we get it scheduled." I am still waiting on them to call back to this day, and I personally work in customer service for a financial company and I know for a fact that it does not take days just to schedule an appointment. Bottom line I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed in the service. And I think it was Tanya I spoke to over the phone and I did not appreciate her attitude as I was very kind and patient throughout the entire call."

"Shady business. I recently purchased a home and took over ownership of the rental contract the previous owner had with this business. The tenants moved out and I wasn’t told that my home was ready for move in by the rental property even after a week of the home being empty. It took an additional two weeks to get someone to even look at what needed to be repaired to the home when I was told by the manager Cory that he was going to look at the home and see what needed to be done with it but I’m the one that had to tell him what needed repair with the home and what needed to be removed from the yard. It’s been two months since the tenants moved out and I’m being told that the prorated rent that was suppose to be given to me from taking over ownership was sent to the previous owner and I would need to get the money from him. Cory the manager told me $190 was sent to the previous owner which isn’t even the proper amount for 8 days of prorated rent that’s two days less, so either I’m suppose to take away two days of prorated rent from the previous owners, which is rightfully his, or two days of prorated rent just disappeared in there accounting department and I’m just not getting my money sent to me for whatever reason he’s telling me. I confronted him that $190 isn’t the proper amount for 8 days of rent and he said ok let me see what happened. Like I said it’s been two months and I’ve only got the run around from both the staff and the manager Cory, telling me they would give me a call back when that hasn’t been the case at all. He also told me that I never had a contract and that’s why they can’t send me a check when his name, the previous owners name, and my name is on the transfer of ownership contract, that I have. When I asked him about that contract he said his contract doesn’t have my name on it, which again is a not the case at all. I’m not asking for anything more then what this company is responsible for paying and it’s been a battle. I just hope the renters from this business didn’t get cheated out of their security deposit with random charges."

"I rented from Superior Property Management for 4.5 years. They treated me and my family well. The house was in great condition, and their annual inspections and maintenance help keep it that way. A lot of things needed parts and repair, or replacement, over those 4.5 years: dishwasher, air conditioner, furnace, garage opener, etc. Two of those broke down over the weekend. Superior management had repairmen come out, on the weekend, to get our home back in working order. They always worked with us on a time to come in so we could have someone there, or have our dog put away. I would recommend Superior Property Management to anyone who needs to rent. Also, when we moved out, we followed the instructions that we had on our original lease, and the move out instructions, including what to clean, replace, or repair. We received a full refund."
